What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Our delivery charge is £3.95 for all UK deliveries up to £49. Spend £50.00 or more to receive free delivery. We use Royal Mail for deliveries and there are a number of options you can specify for delivery timescales depending on the products selected. These include 1st and 2nd class as well as signed for and recorded services. The different charges for each of these options will be displayed after you have entered your delivery address details. Heavy or large items such as carriers or beds may be delivered by courier direct from our supplier. Delivery times on some items vary, from 24 hours to 3 to 5 working days depending on the item. Details of delivery timescales are all displayed on the individual product pages. We can dispatch orders to non UK addresses. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Paypal which will let you pay by credit or debit cards.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Please allow extra time for delivery in busy periods like Christmas. In the rare event that your item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery date or to arrange a full refund.
